| It's so hard realizing that time has passed so quickly, and that so many of my friends are gone now. What's even harder to accept for me is the idea that we might never meet again, that the memories we made together will just be left to the mercy of time to be washed away. I guess I regret not spending more time with my friends while they were here and just letting them walk away like that. There's also the question of how much they'll change while they're away--it might be even harder to accept the new them, someone completely different from what you remember. It feels like I'm being left behind. Will things ever be the same again?
